Welcome to Westlecot Bowls Club, founded in 1910, and home to one of the finest outdoor and indoor bowling facilities in Wiltshire. Situated in Old Town, Swindon, Westlecot has two 6/7 rink outdoor greens and a 5/6 rink indoor carpet.
The club offers the perfect location for touring teams and being able to provide catering for up to 10 rinks. Westlecot provides a unique sporting venue for all age groups in the Swindon and surrounding areas to enjoy the game of bowls and has a mixed membership of over 300 with comprehensive outdoor and indoor programmes to accommodate players of all abilities. We welcome new members and newcomers to the game with a strong coaching team to assist beginners and improvers. There is full access for disabled bowlers and a purpose designed bowls wheelchair is available to enable the less mobile person to play. Equipment is available for newcomers to the game to use on taster sessions.
The Club is affiliated to Bowls Wiltshire, Wiltshire Indoor Bowls Association, Bowls England and the English Indoor Bowls Association
